The existing version was chaotic, with no specific rules and bad UX.New employees found the database unclear and could not navigate it quickly.

Establishment of RFI process and hierarchy which informs the contractor how RFIs are to be submitted.

The Web Application does not solve important attendance-related issues.
The Web Application is not user-friendly.Employee don't like it.
Employee were not able to find track records of when they wewre absent and how many days of leave they have yet to take.
Employee didin't understand early mark(EM) and late mark(LM) in monthly.
New employee didn't know the types of leave.
Sales Department and Accountant Department didn't understand how many leaves are generated in monthly?
